I mean have you started with your diet? Or are you going to wait until next monday to start your Spokane Weight Loss plan?

Here's a quick story about a dumb frog. There once was a frog that fell into a big barrel half full of cream. He was close to drowning, and all the other frogs circled the top of the barrel and laughed and taunted him.

But this frog was so dumb he though they were cheering him on, so he paddled faster and faster and faster until he churned the cream into butter, and then he was able to hop back out of the barrel.

It's a great story I know! What does this have to do with Spokane Weight Loss?

Well, maybe your not "ready" to lose weight, you don't know what to do, you don't want to make a fool of yourself, you don't want to... (fill in the excuse).

Whatever your level or circumstances, so what!! Just get going.

I know one thing for sure, if you don't do anything, you're not going to get anywhere.

Even if you do get going and gain weight the first week, then just keep trying. But try something better, adjust to what you are currently doing on your spokane weight loss plan.

Don't be like a scorpion I read about in South America. In its aggressiveness on himself he will sting itself and die of its own poison.

In other words don't ever quit your quest for fitness. Don't ever quit!! I said that again for emphasis.

A torpedo/missile does not “think out” all its errors in advance, and attempt to correct them in advance. It must act first – start moving toward the goal – then correct any errors that may occur.

That's just like in weight loss. You may not start with the "perfect" plan or that just right regimen. Just get going and adjust as you learn more and find out what works for you.

We need to focus on how we have improved, even the slightest bit, not the failures or what it has taken to get hose improvements.

Just keep going toward that dream or goal you believe in, if you believe it that's all that counts, you don't need to convince anyone else of your goal for it to be your goal and become a reality.
